1. Agreement to Terms

By using ProofMeta's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Service Description

ProofMeta provides cost optimization analysis for OpenClaw AI agent configurations. We offer:

• Free Tier: Quick cost visibility scan (no signup required)
• €99 Tier: Full optimization report with implementation steps

3. Service Scope & Limitations

3.1 Free Tier

• Deliverable: Text-based cost analysis report (2-3 paragraphs)
• No Warranties: Provided "as is" for informational purposes only
• No Guarantees: We make reasonable efforts but do not guarantee accuracy
• Use at Your Own Risk: You are responsible for implementing any recommendations

3.2 Paid Tier (€99 Full Report)

• Deliverable: Detailed markdown report with implementation steps, cost projections, and confidence scores
• Delivery Time: Within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• Money-Back Guarantee: If we fail to deliver within 24 hours, you get a full refund (unless delay is caused by force majeure or your actions)
• Accuracy: We provide reasonable confidence scores but do not guarantee exact savings (actual results depend on your usage patterns)
• No Implementation: We provide instructions only; you are responsible for implementing changes

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: €99 for Full Optimization Report (prices in EUR, excluding VAT if applicable)
• Payment Processor: Stripe (secure, PCI-compliant)
• Currency: All prices in EUR
• VAT: EU customers may be subject to VAT (added at checkout if applicable)
• No Recurring Charges: One-time payment only (no subscriptions unless explicitly purchased)

5. Refund Policy

€99 Full Report:

• Before Delivery: Full refund if we cancel or cannot deliver
• Late Delivery: Full refund if we exceed 24 hours (unless caused by you or force majeure)
• After Delivery: No refunds (you've received the complete service)
• Quality Issues: If the report is incomplete or clearly erroneous, contact us within 7 days for a case-by-case review

Free Tier: No refunds (it's free).

Refund Process: Contact support@proofmeta.com with your order details. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Provide valid openclaw.json config files
• Backup Before Changes: Always backup your config before implementing our recommendations
• Testing: Test changes in a non-production environment first
• Security: Your config may contain API keys — use secure upload methods (Telegram or HTTPS)
• Prohibited Uses: Do not use our service for illegal purposes, to harm others, or to reverse-engineer our methodology

7. Intellectual Property

• Your Config: You own your openclaw.json file and all related data
• Our Reports: You receive a perpetual license to use the report we deliver
• Our Methodology: ProofMeta retains all rights to our analysis algorithms, scanner tools, and methodologies
• Restrictions: You may not redistribute our scanner code or resell our reports as your own service

8. Liability & Disclaimers

IMPORTANT:

• ProofMeta provides analysis and recommendations only. We do not access your servers or implement changes.
• You are solely responsible for implementing any recommendations and their effects.
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or cost increases resulting from your implementation of our recommendations.
• Limitation of Liability: Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service (max €99 for paid tier, €0 for free tier).
• We disclaim all warranties beyond those required by law. Services provided "as is" and "as available."

9. Data & Privacy

Summary:

• Free scans: Configs deleted within 1 hour
• Paid reports: Stored for 90 days, then auto-deleted
• GDPR-compliant: You can request data deletion anytime

10. Termination

• By You: Stop using our service anytime. Request data deletion via privacy@proofmeta.com.
• By Us: We may refuse service or terminate access if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse our systems.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes = acceptance.

For significant changes (pricing, refund policy), we'll notify existing customers via email.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Informal Resolution: Contact us first at support@proofmeta.com. We'll try to resolve disputes amicably.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany (or your EU country if different).
• Jurisdiction: EU courts have jurisdiction.
• EU Alternative Dispute Resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (server outages, API provider downtime, natural disasters, etc.).

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
